SousVid Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SousVid, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of SousVid for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only.

This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the application
• Use the application for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the application
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to recipes, meal plans, and other content you create in SousVid. By using the app, you grant us a license to store and process this content to provide our services.

When importing recipes from social media platforms, you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save and use that content for personal purposes.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features require a Premium subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through your app store account (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your app store account settings
• Refunds are handled according to app store policies

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use SousVid:

• In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SousVid or its employees
• To engage in any automated use of the system

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nutrition information provided by SousVid is estimated and may not be accurate. Always verify nutritional content if you have specific dietary requirements or health conditions.

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

SousVid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
